Quite frankly I have never dealt with such a rude company as this I had to pull out of a sale because of a job loss and never experienced such a un professional un kind manner the way it was dealt with should be reported

5 star cowboys. X husband claimed he had power of attorney over me, put my house on the market, under sold it and RICKY was in charge. Charged me a fortune for doing this too!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE

Always prompt in replying to issues which is great when you have no hot water. Delays when waiting for Landlord authorisation but that's not the agency's fault. All in all we are impressed with the overall service.
