TrustpilotBeth & Michael
Beth & Michael, held our hands all through the process of selling our home of 25 years. Their excellent communication and prompt responses to our enquiries allowed us to relax knowing we were in professional and competent hands. From initial engagement and valuation to finding prospective buyers and then navigating through to exchange and completion we have been delighted with the service we have received. TrustpilotProfessional and Personalised- Maidenhead Branch
We came across Prospect when looking for a new flat closer to work, we viewed a flat with Matt, who was friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and just a genuine pleasure, we put an offer in there and then, since then we’ve been dealing with Chris who is always very responsive by email and happy to help, nothing is too much hassle, he is very professional and friendly and gives that personalised touch.Prospect appear to be a lot more personalised and family orientated than other lettings companies we’ve used, much better than the company we used previously.Thank you for making our move a lot less stressful!

TrustpilotAppalling experience
Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.

GoogleDarren and the 2 Jordan's the Bracknell office have been excellent throughout the process. The amount of viewings in the first 2 weeks was amazing with 3 offers including 2 that were immeditley proceedable. They were realistic and frank. I felt that we received good advise and achieved a fair price for both seller and vendor in the current market. Thanks team Prospect.
Thank you for your 5 star review of the Bracknell team!

GoogleProspect had a good selection of single rooms for immediate rent in Bracknell. Olivia went out of her way to show me properties that matched my search on a cold, wet winter's evening, and I was able to move in within two weeks. Their service was friendly, efficient and professional.
