She is a good communicator, is always promptly available when we need to contact her and she makes sure that any necessary aspects are followed up to conclusion. Disgusted by the discrimination and horrific attitude we faced when booking a viewing for a property to rent today. Team members at this agency were highly unprofessional. We were questioned and judged on personal matters that had no relation with the act of booking a viewing. Thoroughly unsatisfied with the lack of quality customer care and basic human decency. We sincerely do not recommend using this agency's services.

GoogleI had the pleasure of having Tom Dunbar - honestly it was so smooth, communication was good. The fact I had trust in him being able to transition speaks volumes as most estate agents are difficult but Tom did a fantastic job.

Prospect Estate Agents have been professional and helpful from the moment they came to see us about putting our property on the market right through to the sale. They spent time helping the proposed sale go forward to exchange of contracts by keeping in touch with the chain and ensuring that everyone knew what they had to do to get the sale done. I don't think that the exchange of contracts would have happened without Virginia from Prospect Estate Agents constant progress chasing.

Kate Smith has recently taken over the full management of my property and immediately got a handle on issues that I had been grappling with. Difficult tenants as well as an insurance claim. Kate has very efficiently taken these problems off my hands and made immediate progress where I was not able to before. Thankfully relieved me of so much stress. Kate has proved to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the best thing I could have done was to go full management and be given Kate as my property manager.

I have been dealing with Kate Smith for a short while. The good thing that I can say about her is that she is very prompt in responding to my queries. Her replies are straight to the point. The only thing bad I can say about her is that on a good day, she drives me nuts with the fact that she starts her emails with "I hope you are well". Such a phrase is bland and meaningless. I also dislike the verb "hope" as in French we say that hope makes stupid people live.

Prospect have just helped me to sell a property in Reading. The selling process itself was quite straightforward even though we had had considerable difficulties with another agent, culminating with 2 lost sales. Prospect made sure that all buyers were ready to proceed with a purchase prior to viewings, and having secured a sensible price the process to completion was exemplary. Bernadette Martin played a huge role in getting the sale through to completion as smoothly as possible.

We have been with Prospect as tenants for the last 5 years. The service has always been amazing. Chloe who has been our point of contact is always on hand to help. Responses are super fast and super helpful. They are always understanding. The online portal where we can report any issues with the property is wonderful too and helps us track the status of anything we have reported. We have a very good relationship with Prospect and are happy tenants! I would certainly recommend.
