The overall experience with Prospect was excellent. I rented and later sold my house with Prospect. They are very professional. I used their fully managed services and they managed my property really very well. I would like to mention specifically here Mr Daniel Abreu who was really helpful during the entire selling process for my house. I am purchasing a purpose built flat for my 84 year old mother who really doesn't want to move. Had a viewing with Grace and she totally put my mum at ease, had the patience to put up with mums hearing aid not working and just made the whole viewing a pleasant experience. Dealt with my questions very quickly afterwards and now we are looking forward to completion and getting mum in. Thank you Grace

Like every business it's all about the people. Danniella is thorough and always gets to the task in hand. She's proactive and listens to what I have to say diligently, be it good or bad. Things do go wrong, no fault of Danniella, but when I raise an issue she grabs 'the bull by the horn' and gets it sorted. People and their commitment to service are the secret (but simple) recipe to building happy customers - Danniella has this nailed down and practices it in every interaction I have with her - [5 Stars].As for Prospect the business, I am always cautious of letting agents as a Landlord, but to be balanced while we have had a few occasions to disagree they have always been reasonable and that is the source of building trust and loyalty [4 Stars].

GoogleProspect were brilliant throughout the sale of our flat. We were able to get viewings sorted quickly due to them having a list of potential buyers ready to go and as a result an offer came in almost straight away. During the conveyancing process they were also great at pushing stuff along. This was very helpful as it's a tedious and frustrating process with a flat. We would definitely recommend them from a seller's perspective.

I recently went through a very bad time in my life, as I lost my husband very unexpectedly. Saffron and her team at Prospect were wonderful, caring, supported and helped me change everything over to my name. Then when it was time for me to move, Saffron was again there. Nothing was too much trouble and she always replied to my emails promptly. I would highly recommend her and Prospect Realty.

Aimee, took on all the constant battles that went on between both conveyancing teams and was the only ray of hope in sorting out the issues, that arised. I would definitely recommend Agnese at prospect as our property manager . She has very efficiently handled a variety of issues we have had at a property we let out . What I find makes Prospect different from other estate agents is that we have one dedicated property manager for our property who is aware of all the issues and there is a consistency of approach rather than dealing with a different person every time .

I would recommend Prospect. They are a lot better than my previous agency, and are always prompt and professional. Sasha is great, cautious and professional. I should get her as my PA. My recent annual renewal went through smoothly and swiftly and I like the use of digital records, unlike the previous firm who always used post and paper records. I cannot comment on other reviews, but I am very satisfied for now
