I have had an absolute nightmare with the sale of my property, a whole host of errors made by my mortgage company and a solicitor that was ‘too busy’ to deal with these issues was extremely stressful. Yvonne Cranny my sales manager from Leaders has been my absolute rock through the whole nightmare. Yvonne would call me daily, chase the solicitors on my behalf, keep open honest comms between myself and my buyer and offer constant reassurance. I don’t know how I would have coped if it wasn’t for Yvonne.

I instructed them to let and manage my property. The found a tenant quickly, moved them in with no inventory, but still charged me for one, failed to regularly check and report on the property, but still charged me for it. Failed to instruct a plumber a week after the tenant reported a block sink, resulting in a flood. Incompetent untrained staff, who know nothing about letting laws or property general maintenance. All they care about is making as much money out of a landlord's property they can. Not professional, knowledgeable and they provide no service. Avoid them like the plague.

As a first time landlord I was nervous, unsure of any options available and my responsibilities. Therefore, I shopped around and spoke with various letting agents across Derby City. Then, I met Leaders. Both Adam and Olly were patient, thorough and informative. Above all, no patronising, oppressive sales pitch I'd encountered with other agents and that screamed, "I want your money". I can't remember ever having a service from professionals such as these two guys, that not only have such an excellent work ethic but displayed such integrity. Thus, allowing me to understand the information presented to me so that I could make an informed decision.These ethics continued whilst Olly showed potential tenants around the property. I witnessed Olly presenting tenants with honest and impartial advice. So often I've experienced so called professionals, that blag an answer to a question that's presented to them, rather than say "I don't know the answer to that, but, I'll find the answer for you". Obviously, this allows for any Landlord and Tenant to receive honest advice and clarity of a situation. The marketing of my rental property was second to none. Wonderful photography and honest narrative. Communication from Adam and Olly was at all times clear and both guys were quick to respond to my queries. Adam and Olly really do go that extra mile and obviously Leaders care about their reputation. Thank you to Leaders; so refreshing to know type of service exists these days.

I called up to ask to view a property for £895 . The person who answered was very rude and insensitive the way he spoke. He told me I can’t view the property unless I earn 28,000 a year even with a permanent contract.If he had explained well that’s going to be fine but I can’t even remember stuff work even in the council earn this a year in some departments as I am aware of, I have no idea if that’s how everyone be able to rent no one can, anyway awful service how so ever rude and asking you to pay upfront while you have permanent contract and 100% afford the property monthly
