AVOID! As a Landlord their management and contractors are terrible

Hi James, we’re saddened to see we’ve received a negative review after the experience you’ve had with us. We’re aware our management service to you has now ended but it’s a shame to read that you feel this had’t been up to a high standard. We always aim to ensure repairs are carried out in an appropriate manner whenever a Landlord instructs us to use our contractors to complete any works. Here at Leaders we do use a panel of third party contractors who are all fully qualified and insured to undertake repairs. After speaking with the property manager they have explained that you had been waiting considerable time for one our contractors to re-attend and can appreciate that this would have been frustrating for you. As the contractors we use are third party it means we have no control over their workload or diary and whilst we asked them to attend the earliest opportunity we cannot be held accountable for them failing to do so. We understand the contractor has since attended and is now dealing with you directly on the matters however would like to offer our apologies for any disappointment caused as a result of the situation.
