I had a very good experience dealing with Selwyn regarding a property viewing. I contacted him to arrange a viewing, and he responded very quickly. He was also very accommodating and arranged a time that suited my availability, which I really appreciated. In my experience, many estate agents are not very flexible when arranging viewing times, so Selwyn’s helpful and professional approach really stood out. He made the whole process easy and straightforward. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Selwyn to anyone looking for a helpful, responsive and professional estate agent. I have generally had a very positive experience over the years with Leaders dealing with everything from water leaks to required building works. I have not one bad thing to say in regards to Leaders Beckenham I have to say! I was in search for a 1 bed rental and went through so many different agencies, agents and viewings. All of them were helpful but none was as helpful as Leaders. I have to give a big shout out to Shuk who worked tirelessly in the pursuit of helping me secure my accommodation. She set up viewings promptly, gave me all sorts of information, answered all my questions and was always accessible whenever I needed her. Throughout my tenancy, she has continued to give aid whenever I needed. My tenancy started was 3 years ago, yet still she remains my first point of call whenever I'm in need. The overall service she and others supplied was excellent. Everyone was upfront, quick and honest. I've recommended this good agency and these good people several times and will absolutely continue to do so.

Excellent experience

Mia Anderson has been the most loveliest and consistent person within a letting agency as well as everyone else. From phoning to ask about a property to handing in my application, she has been very patient and even managed to help us on key collection day due to payment issues. She has been able to answer questions without hesitation and although everything took a week and a-bit to sort, she has been amazing. Honestly, I’m quite glad that I’ve gone with an agency that values the work that they do.

Have been a landlady with Leaders for many years now, and am very happy with the way they manage the letting of my flat. The staff are always professional and friendly and sort out issues quickly. I’m fairly new to being a landlord and, navigating my first year, I’ve definitely been on a huge educational curve! 😅 Managing a property alongside working full-time can be incredibly stressful, especially when you’re still learning the ropes. That’s where Leaders came in. They reached out to me specifically, and Mike took the time to educate me, guide me and share his expertise when it came to checking in on my already-tenanted property. From there, Mike took over the rest, which has been such a huge help. He’s been incredibly hands-on, kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was handled properly, particularly as my tenants are still fairly new to the property. They’ve now taken over the full management of the property, and honestly, I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders! 🙌 If you’re a landlord with one or multiple properties and you’re considering having someone manage things for you, I’d genuinely recommend giving this team a chance. I have recently contacted Leaders Sutton branch to obtain a guidance on potential letting. I found Leaders in particularily the branch letting manager Michael very knowledgeable and supportive who clearly knows the local rental market. Michael has quickly explained the changes to the current Rental Rights Act and how to prepare the property for renting. Michael was a true professional and very friendly to communicate with. If you want a reliable agency and trustworthy agent who actually knows its trade and is a hands on letting manager then that would be Michael.

I walked in to Leaders office to look for a flat for myself and Sian was quick to help find a great place for me that was suitable to my preferences and within my budget, excellent work. All the paperwork and viewings thereafter went through smoothly. Hiccup on the day of the move with the payment should have been communicated to me before the day of the move, and would’ve saved me from a stressful time but otherwise, everything was great and would recommend their service.
