GoogleI would like to praise both Jasmine Brooker and Jen for their understanding and patience when I visited the Bracknell branch today. They took time from their busy schedules to steer me through the rather 'user unfriendly' tenant application portal required by the Barbon Insurance, trading as Homelet. They took the stress out of the whole process and nothing was to much trouble. I even got a very nice cup of tea, so thank you for your professionism and warm friendly service.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the service at haart Bracknell estate agents. We do care about all of our customers and take all feedback very seriously. Repossessions work slightly differently in that we are not allowed to advertise that they are a repossession. Also legally, we are obligated to put all offers to our sellers at all times, even when an offer is accepted. It is completely up to our sellers which offer they chose to accept and proceed with. We always strive to provide an excellent service to our customer, either by finding the perfect new property for our buyers or selling property for the best possible price for our sellers. We would be more than happy to continue to search for a similar property for you. Once again, our apologies that this experience has not been a positive one for you.

GoogleFantastic experience with Haart in Bracknell. Everyone would keep in touch regularly and let us know whether there had been any progression in the very long and stressful chain we were in. We dealt mostly with Alison who was absolutely fantastic and so supportive and on days she was not there we found all other staff members to be extremely helpful and just as knowledgeable about our chain. Would not hesitate to recommend Haart and if we ever decide to move again we would 100% choose Haart.

GoogleFrom the first point of contact with Jordan Nixon at our first viewing he was pleasant polite and very professional the property we went to buy fell through in the end but during and even more so after we felt he went above and beyond what was expected , he went to many other properties in the area to see if they wanted to sell but unfortunately unable to secure a purchase for us but would recommend haart to anyone in the bracknell area and would like to say that haart estate agents bracknell should be very proud to have Jordan Nixon in their employ .

GoogleAbsolutely shocking! PLEASE do not rent with this agency. Haart have openly noted the drug use at a property I am living in three times, and have failed to prevent it. It is absolutely awful living conditions yet they are refusing to release me from my contract. As a young professional I don’t feel safe and Haart couldn’t care less! As well as this they left me with no working oven for almost a week. Worst decision of my life renting with Haart. I had problems from the start, they even had to give me compensation before I had even moved in! I’ve never had a problem with other agencies. It is not
just me having issues, many people have moved out quickly after renting in their properties. Every tennant I have met is dissatisfied. Please take my advice and never rent with Haart. Wish I could give 0 stars.

GoogleTHROUGHOUT THE 2 YEARS IT TOOK TO SELL THIS RETIREMENT PROPERTY, THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. DURING THIS LONG SELLING PERIOD THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS CONFIDENT THAT A BUYER WOULD EVENTUALLY BE FOUND. ONCE A BUYER HAD BEEN FOUND THE STAFF DID ALL WITHIN THEIR POWER TO KEEP THE SALE ON TRACK. THE SALE PROCESS INVOLVED MANY COMPLICATED ISSUES WHICH THE STAFF MANAGED EXTREMELY WELL. THEY WERE ALL GOOD AT COMMUNICATION. I WOULD LIKE TO CONVEY MY THANKS TO JORDAN, MARK, THE MANAGER AND ESPECIALLY TO ALLISON WHO LIAISED WITH ME CONSTANTLY AND KEPT MY SPIRITS HIGH WHEN WE ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS. GoogleAwful customer service, my experience was from the Bracknell branch. If your looking to rent DO NOT go with haart. Falsely advertised a ‘no deposit’ scheme which actually turns out to be you signing up to be a member of some company.. and you don’t get your money back. They were so helpful when up to the point they got my money then they were useless. I rented a new build flat and moved out within 3 months. The bedroom was damp and ruined shoes and my bed leaving them covered in green damp moss. Am still yet to hear back from the landlord or manager about this. Conveniently her inbox is now full. My first experience living independently and it was awful couldn’t stress more .. do not go with Haart!!

GoogleI first placed my house with one of the leading Estate Agents in Brcaknell for 9 weeks and then with another Bracknell Estate Agent for 16 weeks. The first one led to only a couple of viewings, the second agent arranged many viewings, but in retrospect I do not believe that these were genuine viewings as there was always a pressure to reduce the price.
My first contact with Haart was with Leighton who confirmed that the asking price was right and took some very innovative photos. I then had a visit from the team, who were going to conduct any viewings, Mark, Callum, Alison and Jordan. From the start I felt that my interests were put to the front and that they were not just trying to up their statistics by getting a quick sale.
The whole team were very communicative, professional and courteous and, subject to contract, this has resulted in a sale very close to my asking price. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Haart and will be contating them in the near future when I am in a position to buy another property.
