GoogleThe most irresponsible letting agency i have encountered. Once the booking deposit and rent is paid, they don't even deliver what they promised. The services from staff is horrible! Even after multiple complaints, escalation, face-to-face meetings over past 5 months, the issues are still not being addressed which were promised during the signing the lease agreement.

GoogleI'm sure 50% of these 5 stars reviews are bought and fake. I've had a bad experience with haart lately and some of my siblings last summer. They stopped answering my calls after I reported their poor customer service π β¦

GoogleWanted to arrange a viewing of a property in Bracknell, called Haart Bracknell 5 times, each time leaving my contact details for a call back....have not received a single phone call. Emailed 3 times, plus 1 email directly through the Haart viewing appointment maker link....still no reply to any email!
Have to feel extremely sorry for the vendor of this particular property, as I know I would be annoyed if I left the sale of my property in the hands of Haart, only to find that they are not even acknowledging requests for a viewing!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have no idea how this estate agent has 4-5 star ratings. I have found them to be useless, really slow, negligent and uncommitted. I had my property rented through them for just under a year and found them to be initially helpful and fast at signing me up then slow at finding a tenant then they rushed procedures when I said I was going to change agents, signing up a tenant without even consulting me. They made errors and were just so slow and unhelpful with a number of matters relating to accounts, follow up of problems and deposits. Communication was really slow. And very often no responses to calls and emails. I had to change from property management to rent collection and am still waiting on issues relating to tenant leaving without paying rent and causing some damage to be resolved now over two months after end of tenancy. Sadly I cannot recommend this agent and would actually advise others to avoid. This is unfortunate as Jenny the manager seemed such a nice person.

GoogleI put in an offer on a house via Cameron and went through all the checks.
This was week commencing May 10th 2021. To this day I have had zero update on this offer and through rightmove is how I found out that the house I offered on was sold.
Lack of professional courtesy it seems is a recurring theme for this particular person based on some of the other reviews I have read.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
