GoogleBeen in my property for just over 2 weeks now. Had a very positive experience with the letting agency. Jasmine was very helpful and no issue was too small. Yes there were hiccups in the process but Jasmine was able to find a solution. She is clearly an asset to the team, and can’t communicate more how helpful she was. Thank you for everything!

GoogleVery professional we have had our home up for sale for 6 months with nearly every estate agents in Bracknell after 6 months there was lack of communication and lies . We had it up for sale with haart for just a couple of days and it sold my sister sold her house with haart the first week of being on sale and so did my brother. Leighton Callum laura and Alison are the most loveliest people who are very professional and very approachable. I highly recommend haart in Bracknell don’t waste your time and energy on any other agents we learnt our lesson

GoogleI have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the guys at Haart Bracknell - they have always served our best interests in all matters of the buying and selling process and beyond. They really are a great bunch who do value the family values of business - something that is severely lacking in most if not all the other local estate agents whom I would never use again. In this day and age it is becoming more difficult to come across a business that treats you in the same that Haart do and without hesitation i can call friends - can you say the same about the other agents out there

I have used them before and continue to do so as I am pleased with the quality of service received throughout the transaction process. What I have found to be of value is continuity of contact from the placement of the property on the market through to the completion of the sale, something that I have experienced does not happen with some other Estate Agents. The key to success of a sale is working as a team with the agent appointed and respecting their valued opinion to achieve the objective of a timely sale at the best market price. What is of particular value is the trust that I have built with this team which is why I have returned to them. They have all been truly professional and I would not hesitate to pass on my recommendation.

GoogleHighly recommend Haart Bracknell branch. Leighton, Jordan, Callum, Mark and Alison all very professional and work well together as a team. Not your typical estate agents. Took time to get to know us and to understand what we wanted. They sold our house for us in one week. It took us a while to find our perfect property and they did not put us under any pressure while we searched. Always responded quickly to phone calls and e-mails. Haven’t moved house in 20 years and they helped to make it relatively painless.

GoogleCalum, Haart Negotiator, has been helpful, prompt and informative in our house hunt. He showed us a property which met all of our criteria first time rather than wasting our time with houses that were 'nearly right'. He secured us the property substantially under the asking price and has treated, as far as I'm aware, both the seller and I with courtesy and professionalism. GoogleI’m about to buy my first house and visited the Haart office in Bracknell to get a better idea of what to expect. Everyone in the office was really helpful and friendly, especially the manager Mark who took the time to sit with me and answer all my questions (and there were quite a few!). I’ve been really impressed so far and would recommend to any first time buyers as Mark and the rest of the team are so helpful.
