GoogleI put in an offer for a property which was accepted and then offered to another buyer even though I was in contact with the agents Cameron the whole way through and I had been trying to arrange a mortgage. I never said I no longer wanted the property. I was not warned this would happen and no one at Haart showed any remorse, said sorry or admitted to making a mistake. So upset by this, this was going to be my first step onto the property ladder and it was taken away from me just like that.
I am very stressed by this and it will affect my credit as I had already done a credit check for this purchase. Very unprofessionalNegativeQuality, Professionalism

We had it up for sale with haart for just a couple of days and it sold my sister sold her house with haart the first week of being on sale and so did my brother. Googlenot happy with the service, there is always an issue and the guys there don't even speak to each other - example - called this morning, asked to speak with X and I was told X was going to call me asap as she was busy on another call, been waiting all day, called them again, the lady said "X is not here today" so I said, well, I was told she was, she was busy ans she was going to give me a call but this never happened..... of course cause she wasn't even there, the guy I spoke with in the morning said she was there.... do you see? and they didn't even apologized, they kept saying "i don't know who you talked with this morning but she wasn't here".... I mean..... anyway this is not the first time something like this happens and I just think this is not professional.
