I had been looking for a flat for 3 months, constantly chasing estate agents for updates, trying to arrange viewings for properties to have them fall through at the last minute. Just as I was starting to lose hope, I came across a great-looking property within my budget and in a fantastic location for work. I jumped at the chance and contacted Duncan Yeardley straight away and I can honestly say that working with them has been a breath of fresh air. I applied for a property and on the same day I received a call back from a lady called Vivien to arrange a viewing. She was even able to fit me in a little earlier on the day due to it being a popular property! Once my offer was accepted by the landlord and the initial paperwork sent off, a lovely lady called Jessica was there every step of the way, she helped me with any questions I had about the tenancy and getting my references in. Both Vivien and Jessica have been amazing with communication and always got back to me so quickly. They made what had felt like such a stressful process before feel so easy, I could then focus on being excited about my new home and a new chapter. Thank you, Duncan Yeardley.

Our experience with DY Bracknell has been great. We were delighted with the price we achieved and the speed with which we agreed a sale. We had quite a variation in our valuations so DY did a couple of weeks of low key marketing to their list of buyers based on a relatively high price and got positive feedback so we decided to stick with it. In the week it launched on Rightmove we had a lot of viewings culminating in a fully booked open day of 10 viewings which led to 4 offers and a final accepted offer above the guide price. Callum, in particular, and his team (Anastasia, Judy, Mandy, others who did the viewings) have been very professional, considerate and helpful when answering all our questions and communication and responsiveness has been great. Their photographer Josef was also lovely and we were really pleased with his photos. We would definitely recommend them.

I have recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Duncan Yeardley of Bracknell. Now, I'm no property developer or anything but this was the ninth time I have sold a house, usually because of career moves, so I have dealt with as many estate agents. All of which gives me a perspective that I believe is relevant. Without doubt, Duncan Yeardley are the best agents I've ever dealt with by a country mile. Their marketing is completely on point and REALLY effective. Our house was snapped up within a couple of days and at a price we did not believe it could achieve and which covered their fees and more. We have also purchased a property through them and I cannot complement them highly enough for the way they listened carefully to what we wanted and tried to fulfil those requirements, ultimately finding us the property that we believe will be our 'Forever Home'. Over the weeks, we have dealt with most of the team at Duncan Yeardley all of whom have been absolutely brilliant, but I must thank Judy and Callum in particular for their kindness, patience, professionalism and support. In summary, if you are thinking of selling your house, use these guys, you will not be disappointed.
