I want to say a huge thank you to Duncan Yeardley and specifically to Judy Henly and Samantha Hawes for being exceptional in assisting me to find my first property. I have interacted with various other estate agents and I have found the approach of Duncan Yeardley to be much more personable, honest, proactive and generally more pleasant to work with. Judy was very patient and insightful, helping me to navigate the various properties on the market and guiding me through the process. I will not forget the care and attention put in by Judy to personalise options for me and her swift responses in keeping me updated and putting my offer to the seller which has been accepted. My viewings were conducted by Samantha who was very personable, warm and made viewing the properties enjoyable for me (even when I attended on my own). Samantha really enjoys what she does and has good knowledge of the Bracknell area which was helpful when asking questions about activities and what is around. Judy and Samantha are assets to Duncan Yeardley and have made this process as pain free as it possibly can be for me. My Wife and I just brought our first family home through Duncan Yeardley, and we could not be happier! Professional, attentive and not pushy in any way. They listened to our needs and delivered on the perfect property. Lee was fantastic, he was professional and always on time to all viewings, knew the answers to all our questions. Great knowledge of the area we were looking at and friendly service throughout. If only all agents were as easy to deal with than Lee. Lee and Gina were amazing, from organising a viewing to seeing the sale through. We were constantly updated, which was great. We didn't have to chase, and we knew if there wan an update, Gina would let us know. Both professional and friendly on any interaction, and nothing seemed too much work. I will be recommending the team to friends and family. If we do sell, I know where I will be going!! If you are looking to sell or buy in their area, you do not need to look any further! You are treated as a client and not just a number on their database, they care and want to help! Thank you to all the team for your hard work!

I can't praise the staff at Duncan Yeardley enough,especially Lucy. When I entered the estate agents on December 2nd I was greeted by Lucy who sat me down listened to me as a potential first time buyer, she told me of a possible property and arranged a viewing for the following morning (Saturday) on the Monday I made an offer for the property which was accepted the next day. Everyone at Duncan Yeardley is great - very professional and always very helpful - particularly Liz - property management done properly.
