GoogleTerrible company, the slowest and most ineffective management team I've ever dealt with. Withheld our deposit money for over a month, claiming to wait for confirmation from the landlord - yet apart from an initial email never contacted him in all that time. Unless I had no other choice, I would never use these guys again.

FacebookVery poor service: Constantly lied to, ignored and disregarded. Nothing in comparison to other sales agents that I've used before. Would never use Chancellors again.

GoogleChancellor's were excellent in selling my house (in 2 days) and helping me through the process and chain involved in moving me into my new house. Really pleased and a first class service!!! GoogleAbsolutely awful company. Worst I’ve ever worked for. High work load with little pay. Don’t even pay for your parking (which resulted in having to using paid car park next door and falling victim dodgy parking fines). STEER CLEAR!!

Especially, when there is a problem in the property and the landlord needs to be contacted for consent. We are very happy with the service that we have received from Chancellors.
