FacebookI would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.

GoogleI've had such a smooth and great experience with Chancellors, throughout my tenancy as well as end of tenancy. Have to mention Jasmine who was constantly in touch and helped us throughout the end of tenancy process and made it really hassle free. Overall, highly recommend Chancellors - smooth experience, friendly agents and very professional.

GoogleUseless letting team, not even a trace of professionalism, they even had the guts to put an offer in my name before agreeing with me, I have waited 5 days after I've seen a flat for them to tell me that in fact they made an offer in my name. Never again!
