I rent out a property with Prospect and have done for over 6 years. Recently had the pleasure of interacting with my property manager in person, but normally the relationship is via email which suits me as I travel often. Since having Chloe on board I am happy I will get a notification whenever something has to be actioned or updates from the tenants etc.

Excellent Property Management Experience

We’ve been tenants for the past year, and our experience with the Nancy S Marla (property manager) has been excellent. She has always been professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. Throughout our tenancy, everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently, and we haven’t faced any issues at all. We recently renewed our contract, which reflects how happy we are with her management and support. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend her as a property manager.

I had a very positive experience working with my property agent, Nancy Suri Marla especially when I first moved into my apartment. She was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing the initial questions and issues I had. From queries about the window to concerns around the curtains, she was quick to assist and ensured everything was looked into and resolved as smoothly as possible. We recently sold our house with Prospects Warfield and were thrilled with the service we received from start to finish. Before speaking with them, we had been impressed by some other agents, but as soon as we met Paul Westmoreland, we could see how professional and genuine he was, so we opted for Prospects. It was such a good decision. Throughout the selling process, their whole team went above and beyond to get the best price for our property. The marketing was well done and really showed off the property's best features. Communications were clear and frequent, which we appreciated, and only high-quality buyers were shown the property, which meant we weren't constantly having to clean and tidy. Once the sale was agreed upon, Paul Westmoreland had to project manage everyone in the chain to ensure we communicated well and solicitors were progressing. This part of their service is often overlooked, but for us, it was invaluable. If you're considering selling your home in the Warfield area, you'd be crazy not to use Prospects. They have the best knowledge and contacts and offer a personal, dedicated service to get you the best price. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Prospect (specifically Assistant Manager Beth Murphy) just completed a sale for us of a 4 bedroom property in Finchampstead. Beth gave a pretty good presentation to win our trust at the outset and we went with Prospect over several other Estate Agencies. There were a few wobbles along the way when the eventual buyers were struggling to sell their own home but Beth was great at communicating and kept the process moving along - ultimately to a completion not far short of our asking price (and in excess of what some other agencies suggested we could get). I have no hesitation in recommending Beth and Prospect.

I rented a flat under prospect for a year and have recently existed due to person reasons however prospect were nothing but informative and helpful in the exit of lease. our property manager was Vicky Crispp and during the course of the tenancy was nothing but helpful, she arranged with the landlord new sofas coming to the house due to our old ones being broken, she had the extract fans fixed and was very speedy in helping us get our deposit back due to a delay from the landlord. Prospect: helpful at times but slow and uncommunicative at others

Prospect is renting a property in Frimley (Camberley) to us. We found that at times when we needed to pay money or they needed us to do some paperwork urgently then they were very quick to communicate. But when we needed something from them such as a broken Goodlord link making it hard to complete our references, then they were unable to help. They were also very slow to produce the tenancy agreement and I had to call to chase them up several times, then they expected us to complete our steps quite quickly. However, we have managed to get to the point of renting and everything else has gone fine. In particular Edward Joslin has been helpful in giving us the information required to rent the property.
