TrustpilotEasy, smooth and cordial renting experience
My experience with Prospect being new to the country and the area has been great. Vickie Cripps, my property manager has always been very responsive, available and clear in communication. It was great having her advise on any issues or concerns if at all. Looking forward to returning back if ever in need for another rental :) thank you.

TrustpilotSmooth Sale
We recently sold our house through Prospect. Our sale was handled by Beth Murphy and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial valuation to completion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. They handled all viewings efficiently and kept us informed with regular feedback. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire chain, to ensure the sale ran smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell. Thank you

TrustpilotThanks Beth!
I had a somewhat epic chain with my sale and purchase and everything was going along as expected until it wasn’t! Beth came into her own at this point and grabbed it with both hands. She absolutely stepped up and went above and beyond in terms of chasing, calling, emailing. She did way more that the other agents involved in the chain and I’m now comfortably settling in my new house! Something I don’t think that would have happened if Beth hadn’t been prepared to herd all those pesky cats for me! You only know how good someone is when things go wrong…. Thanks Beth!

Charlotte was brilliant and very helpful. She was friendly and informative we fell in love with the property instantly. Unfortunately we couldn’t secure it due to our circumstances, but it was honestly amazing. We will definitely contact Charlotte again in the near future and go back to the agency for more rental flats.

Ross and the team at Prospect made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as possible. Working and communicating with both sets of solicitors, helping with timely requests and following up upon them if they were not resolved. It was pleasure working with a passionate and professional team!

TrustpilotA very professional estate agent
Just to say how delighted we were with the service offered by Prospect estate agents, right from the first call, Abi Heppner dealt with us in a very professional way, taking the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for before arranging a viewing on a property we had seen on there website. Abi also did the viewing which was conducted in a very calm leasurely manner, answering and questions we had and also giving us an insight into the local amenities Thank you so much Abi

TrustpilotWe have received excellent service from Prospects
We have received great service from Beckie and the team at Prospects. After our existing tenants had to relocate for work we were so pleased with the prompt and efficient way in which they processed the exiting clients and at the same time found a new tenant thus avoiding any void in rental income . Thank you to all at Prospects.

It's been a long time since I sold property and I was rather nervous. Well I couldn't have been supported by a better team especially Dexter and Shaun. They always kept us up to date and were proactive in nudging along our buyers. Happy to recommend the team at Prospect.
