Paul and Beth lied to us the whole sales process about the length of the chain, right up to the day we thought we were going to exchange. After a lengthy 6 months, the sale has now fallen through. Worst estate agents I have dealt with over the years.

Kept a whole chain in the dark about the true extent of the chain length as claimed it was “in their clients best interests” it really wasn’t and now after months of being fed lies the chain collapsed due to their lies. Stay well clear of this company they will cost you time, money and health issues.

We Live in a quiet road in Bracknell, and next door came up for rent, prospect look after this property and have let a family move in who are drug dealers and users. For nearly 15 mouths now, we have had the smell of weed coming through our windows and now have notice them selling drugs, with random cars / bikes appearing and quickly driving off. On one occasion an dealer arrived at their property late in the night shouting and swearing "saying he is going to come back and smash their door in" We have a small 18 mouth old child, who we now can't let out in the garden as they are outside drinking and playing loud music most of the day, then in the evenings the smell comes back. Have reported multiple times to Prospest who won't do anything and told us to contact the police, I don't see why I should have to put myself / family at risk for this. They put them in there so do something about it.

We thought it's a best estate agents in UK but after getting frustrated experience, we are thinking it's one of worst estate agents. Their poor service and maintenance problems before handing over keys to new tenants makes us very bad and we are suffering till now and it's been a week. You won't get proper response from anyone and they will simply tell apologies. Better choose another agency if you are looking for good and better homes.
