Sasha Stevens has been handling our rented property`s maintenance , rental agreement and its renewal and we have been extremely pleased with her promptness , efficiency and politeness at all times. I have a bought property next door to one let by Prospect Agency Bracknell. TBH I felt compelled to write a review as they are so awful!! They have let to awful tenants, people causing no end of problems, and do they do anything about it...nope!!! They are completely useless, their favourite phrase being "we can't do anything about it". They plain and simple do not care full stop. I will NEVER buy or sell a house through Prospect Bracknell because their attitude says "we don't give a damn about quality as long as we get our money!!" Run for your lives...go with Duncan Yeardly...much more professional and could not do more for me when I bought this place. SO different in their attitude...miles apart!

Thanks Sasha, the property manager, for being really helpful in assisting all the issues I raised. I rent an apartment which is managed by Prospect earlier this year. Recently, there was a moth issue in the apartment. Sasha was extremely professional and she helped to get it solved quickly. Highly recommend!

I have deleted my past 5 star review, to give a 1 star review. I am livid - never again !!!I have removed my 2 flats from their Prospect. Whether it was a draw in cabinet, or repairs to windows they simply could not cope. What angered my, if that the In***n tenants they sent me, did not respect my furniture causing damages. The situation is made worst by the tenant refusing to pay the expense of the damage. Prospect of course took the side of the tenant, and had no empathy for my pocket.If you want your flat ruined, they will do this, but will expect you to repair everything at your expense.
