Excellent experience with prospect estate agency with out recent house sale. Thanks to Micahel Sharp, Ross and Ruth for coordinating this sale end to end.The only thing that could have been better were the solicitors. We went with the recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse and definitely was a bad experience. However this is in no direct reflection on Prospect agency.

Callum was really helpful at the beginning of the process and I then had the pleasure of being helped by Aimee who was really responsive and kept the process moving along so that we managed to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. As new landlords, she has been very good at keeping us up to date with all surveys and requests and has been very good at finding solutions every time we needed it. Saffron has been very professional and helpful. She has always replied on time and very quickly to my emails and phone calls and kept me informed of what was happening at all time. Saffron took the time to understand my position and explain the procedures. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome it was nothing that she could control.
