Had Prospect selling my property in a not exactly favourable market, but they were really professional with their valuation and the conduct of viewings, with every viewing followed up. Eventually we had a buyer and from there the real challenges begin... they did a wonderful job liaising between seller, buyer and their solicitors. We needed a fast completion and with their help we were able to pull through. Many thanks to Paul and Beth and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market!

I found Prospects an absolute pleasure to deal with when selling my house. They were very informative without any pushiness. Ross was professional and guided us through our first house sale. No questions or my chasing for updates was ever a problem, and always gave his full time and attention. Their market knowledge meant that we got a great price for our house and sold at the first viewing day. I could have sold for a significantly smaller sum had I gone with another more pushy estate agent. My buyer also commented on how lovely prospects were to deal with both at the house viewing and throughout the sale process. I am really pleased and would highly recommend prospects. Thank you!

When I moved into my new flat, I had a lot of fears. I didn’t know the area, I felt a bit unsure about some of the neighbours, and living alone after years in a shared house made everything feel like a big responsibility, especially managing all the expenses by myself.

Its the worst experience i ever had.All those agencies following the same patterns but this experience was beyond awful.We raised a complaint regards to delay on refurbishment.The reason of the delay was that the agency did not transfer money on time on builder as builder confirmed.We wasted money on frozen food for another week as the kitchen was ripped off and we could not used it.We did not have an information from the agency about the delay whatsoever.I accidentally called and i found out my self.All this did affect our monthly budget .Our holidays were ruined and night shifts for extra money were cancelled as the refurb. date changed .I was dealing with lots of stress because of a health issue and although i mentioned this to the agency the kept ignoring us.Samantha Baron was the only person who actually listens and provides solutions .There is a lack of communication in general.We need to call and email numerous times for things to get sorted.We had broken handles in 2 bedroom windows and anyone could open from outside.For this only we needed to call and email over a month.Our total nightmare started when i had to deal with an agent called Chloe Hoptroff. She never replies back.Ever!I never seen this in my life before.I spent time on my days off,my holidays,to reach her and even when i call another person will always say she is busy.Still to this day she has not replied since over a month ago.I've seen other reviews with people having the same exact issue with the same person.Its very sad that these people are on this jobs.I never had so much stress in my life.Very sad.

Highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents. The Warfield office provided exemplary service from start to finish and I cannot overstate their professionalism throughout.Special mention to Beth for selling our house at the first time of asking (with some considerable time pressures to do so) and Virginia for her constant communication and advice throughout the sale process. We also bought our house through the Prospect Bracknell office and their service was similarly professional - again special thanks to Ricky and Adam from the Bracknell branch. House moving is a stressful experience but the constant and willing communication from the entire Prospects team went some way to alleviate this!

Strong communicators and tenacious it was good to know they were supporting us at every stage. Beth Murphy was our principle contact at Prospect which from the clients perspective we found very reassuring. Warm, competent and professional Beth made us feel like we were getting a personal service. We would definitely recommend Prospect in Warfield without any hesitation. GoogleTo say that the journey from our initial enquiry to final sale was not straightforward would be a vast understatement. Due to us losing our intended purchase twice, Prospect Warfield ended up selling our house 3 times over a period of about 18 months! Each time Beth Murphy was able to sell our house for more than the asking price and find us great buyers with little or no chain. From our initial enquiry through to working tirelessly to see our sale go through to Exchange (we haven't Completed yet), Paul Westmoreland has been outstanding in his commitment, understanding and good humour. Even when we pulled out of the second sale, he was reassuring and made us feel a lot less horrible about letting those buyers down. Paul has been in constant contact throughout the various sale processes and has always offered wise counsel and a valuable sounding board. The third (final?) sale process has been extremely challenging with the bottom of the chain proving us all with anxiety and frustration yet Paul has remained calm and focused throughout. He deserves endless credit for achieving Exchange in the end! I would strongly recommend Prospect at Warfield and commend Paul and Beth without hesitation.

Maddie Clarke is an exceptional estate agent. Maddie is far superior to any estate agent I have used over the years. She is professional, efficient, honest and extremely helpful. My move was particularly emotionally difficult Maddie went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and less stressed she always had time to listen and talk to me. Maddie always returned my calls promptly and nothing was too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Maddie. If and when I sell again I will use Maddie Clarke I’ve never dealt with such an amazing agent who makes her client feel cared for and valued.

Its been a real pleasure working with Beth Murphy on my recent purchase. Beth was extremely professional and genuine through out this process and always gave honest, pragmatic advice when it came to the property…. And avoided using the pushy sales tactic which i had experienced with other property agents . Beth was also extremely supportive when it came to dealing with my legal firm with the whole exchange process - they weren't the best when it came to communication so she handled them very well to get things over the line.. thanks Beth you have been incredible !

Sasha Byrne has just become the new prospect manager to manage my flat, I have been very impressed with her attention to detail and her great attitude to get a positive outcome. Mainly dealing with the tradesmen working on the flat, EG They gave a high price for the job with no details re cost of labour cost of parts etc etc Sasha was on to them before I had to ask, chasing them for a detailed costing, That’s just one of many that Sasha has given outstanding service, she’s a credit to Prospect
