GoogleI tried renting with Prospect, it all went well until they refused me based on adverse credit. I had a CCJ on my credit file. The CCJ had already been paid within 30 days and gave evidence it was to be removed and should not be included …

Kudos to Emily on the property management team. Always a pleasure to deal with and clearly works hard to ensure that any issues raised are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible, considering the needs of both landlord and tenant which I appreciate can be quite the tightrope to walk.

TrustpilotProspect agent Kurt Owen
Me and my partner just recently applied for renting an apartment. My agent from Prospect was Kurt Owen, he was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to secure this contract for us. I would gladly recommend him to others that are looking for a new home.

TrustpilotHouse Purchase
Aimee at the Bracknell office has been absolutely amazing! Fantastic communication, very helpful, friendly and extremely professional. She has worked tirelessly to make sure my purchase goes through before the stamp duty holiday deadline which I honestly don’t think would have happened without her help. Couldn’t praise her enough.

This is my eighth year with Prospects and my second with Lily Sines as my go to Property Manager.Lily's prompt replies to my queries and her unstinting helpfulness are why I'm confident my property remains in good hands.
