I have recently completed a 4 a four and a half year tenancy; initially undertaken with Griffins and following a business change latterly with Prospect. I would like to recommend the team at Prospect for their competence, attentiveness, and service. In my particular case, I would like to make a special mention for Carla Munro, who I have dealt with throughout on all aspects of this tenancy. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, every detail was competently and confidently dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner, in fact easily and without worry or concern.

From my experience of viewings with representatives from Prospect, I have found their employees to be cocky, arrogant and full of themselves. I was actually put off putting an offer on a property because of an employees pressure tactics and badgering. They sure ain’t the best but they sure ain’t the worst either.

Agnese has been amazing

I have been very satisfied with my property manager Agnese Rees. Ever since she had been appointed as my property manager she had always been polite, friendly, professional, highly responsive (even during out-of-office hours) and has truly given her best to find the best solution to any given issue at hand within a reasonable time frame.
