Chloe Reilly has been my manager of my property for about three years at Prospect. I have found her helpful, active, constructive and pleasant. I appreciate being reminded about when the gas certificate etc is due.I like the way Prospect keep me abreast of my responsibilities as landlord, and am very glad to receive the Inspection reports which include so many photos of my property's rooms and garden.

We rented out a property for 17 months with Prospect and I must admit, we were lucky to have been appointed Julie Jacobs as our property manager. Very honest, reliable and above all extremely helpful with everything, especially with any of maintenance issues we had during the stay. Julie is very kind and humble and would go out of her way to help out. Thank you so much Julie for everything you did for us.

Having used Prospect for just a year. I found their service to be outstanding. Beckie Baxter was our property manager and she ensured that we were well taken care of. Any issues we had was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Even when we unexpectedly needed to extend the contract, Beckie and her team leapt into action to make sure we could remain the extra time. Great service.

I am purchasing a purpose built flat for my 84 year old mother who really doesn't want to move. Had a viewing with Grace and she totally put my mum at ease, had the patience to put up with mums hearing aid not working and just made the whole viewing a pleasant experience. I recently went through a very bad time in my life, as I lost my husband very unexpectedly. Saffron and her team at Prospect were wonderful, caring, supported and helped me change everything over to my name. Then when it was time for me to move, Saffron was again there. Nothing was too much trouble and she always replied to my emails promptly. I would highly recommend her and Prospect Realty.
