Ben, Wendy, and the team at Complete Teignmouth were a pleasure to deal with in selling our house. We received good, honest advice, which coupled with high quality photography led to a significant level of interest. We completed our sale only 7 weeks from accepting the offer, giving us and our buyers a relatively straightforward transaction. Would use Complete again.

Terrible ,now check this out I lived in Buckland brake for 6 months on a house share ,the house was nice ,but scratch the surface,,heating packing up every two days that obviously means no water they don’t care one bit ,were send someone out ,it happened regularly,,now cameras inside the kitchen filming your every move and conversations with other people that’s not right ,big brother,then the best is this you leave you will not get your full deposit back no way ,you could leave your room in better condition and they will still con you ,there a disgrace,my name is Rodney woods I put this up as to be transparent and honest ,,they come up with excuses about your room ,my advice on complete is this stay clear ,all the smiles when you first meet them fade into nothing,they couldn’t run a piggery ,the next thing is they encourage grassing on each other ,you and your housemates ,they love it ,he said this and that ,they want this because they think this promotes normal activity,it demoralise people,scared to have a conversation,,I’ve moved to Torquay into a house that you never see the landlord it’s lovely here,the heating and water great ,no cameras and guaranteed deposit back ,,I would give no ratings on complete there a shower of sh t

GoogleWe sold our house with Complete, we found all the staff very efficient and professional from start to completion. We have never sold a house so smoothly and hassle free. Sue and her team kept us informed throughout. Once we had sold Sarah made the process to contract exchange super smooth. We would not hesitate recommending or using this friendly estate agent again.

GoogleI have lived and worked in Kent for almost 40 years and had to sell my Mothers house in Bovey due to her ill health. I cannot praise Complete enough, feed back, visits to check house, meter readings etc. the list goes on. I have dealt with many agents in the course of my work and none of them are anywhere near Complete. Well done, and thank so much. It could have been very complicated being so far away without your excellent service.

FacebookVery impressed with Complete lettings, I had to make an emergency call on Saturday late afternoon/early evening and was delighted when this lovely helpful lady answered the phone and helped me straight away, she passed on my emergency to the lettings manager sophie who phoned me straight away and got an emergency contractor to come to the property as soon as they could which was within the hour and got the problem fixed within just 15 mins fantastic service would highly recommend

FacebookI see this company has a lot of good reviews, however they are not what you would expect. They never responded to any repairs that need to be done to the properties they let and when the accommodation becomes in disrepair they assume it to be off your own fault rather than new builds being built cheaply and badly. Upon doing their end of tenancy checks they tend to stage interruptions on the property. please ensure that you take photos of every part of the house to ensure you have all the evidence you require when they try to fabricate issues with the said accommodation!

FacebookShocking experience with complete new homes team (specifically lucy) I would rate zero stars if it was available. From the start she was dishonest, rude and had poor communication throughout the, what was purchase of our new home. Unfortunately due to completes lack of communication and dishonesty our house was re marketed 8months after reserving it. Leaving us much worse of financially and losing thousands. It seems as though once you have reserved a property they are no longer interested in assisting you in anyway. We also were made aware by others buying properties at aller gardens in kingskerswell that they have had received the same delightful service as we had, and they were also told that we chose to not go ahead with the sale , so all in all a lot of dishonesty and lies from complete.

Terrible and so unprofessional. I called yesterday to view a property listed yesteday on rightmove in Exeter (Cranbrook). On the phone the person I spoke said that they were not booking any viewings until next week. I then asked specifically why so long, and the person said that they were not able to book any viewings yet and not to worry because all the viewings would have been the same two days next week. Well guess what! I went today to open the rightmove link to have another look at the house, and it says SOLD! I called them just before closing time today to tell them what liars they are and that they didn’t even have the face to call me to cancel the viewing. Don’t even bother to deal with them!
