Complete totally exceeded my expectations when it came to the sale of my property. From the outset, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the marketing brochure. When I had a question, nothing was too much trouble and the staff went above and beyond to help the transaction through. Complete Lettings are an awful company. Be very wary if you rent a property and obtain everything in writing because much comes out of the woodwork after one has signed the contract. They will tell you anything so they can let the property. This company has a problem dealing with tenants, in our experience. They seem to consider us all to be untruthful and lacking in integrity and they usually adopt an anti-tenant attitude when one has the neck to complain or comment on an issue. Perhaps they should realise that without tenants there is no lettings business and we tenants do pay them a fee which makes us clients as well as the landlords. We wouldn't recommend Complete to anyone.

Letting side of the business is awful- can't comment on the sales. All the staff are friendly but nothing seems to get done. For the 2nd time I've had a leak in my kitchen from upstair's bathroom for weeks and weeks with nothing being done and no apology despite me chasing it up daily. No one gets back to you and no urgency or understanding what so ever- very unorganised. Director in Newton Abbot office is extremely rude. Also, many of the reviews on here are from staff! Not very honest or ethical.

Very impressive viewing service, we asked to be kept updated as we were considering making an offer. Complete neglected to inform the vender of our interest. We are unaware of any effort to inform us of an offer being tabled and accepted. Considering the initial service we received I imagine this situation is a rare error. However no apology was given, and the agent weren’t willing to contact the vender.

What an amazing company. I have been dealing with the Bovey Tracey office and Newton Abbot. Throughout the whole of my complicated purchase (not their fault at all) they have remained thoughtful & thorough. Their communication is excellent. Oh and the icing on the cake ... my welcome pack when I picked up my keys! Everything you would need on removal day mugs, tea bags, biscuits etc ... Brilliant, thank you.

Complete have managed the purchase of my new flat in teignmouth. They were excellent in every way and I cannot fault them at all. I couldn’t recommended the Newton Abbot office highly enough!
