Mia, Ben, Wendy and the team went above and beyond to help us with our purchase of a bungalow. we have previously viewed a different property but it sold before we got an offer on ours, but they kept us informed of new property's that came up for sale. We would certainly recommend them and couldn't thank them enough. They always replied to my phone calls within a couple of hours. Shoddy company

Used this company for cladding replacement/repair. Year later some came off after storm, I had to go through insurance but wish insurance company used someone else to do the job !! I was told (incorrectly) that someone came to see the damage (which is lies as i was in the house all day) and I should make a new claim through insurance !!! it should still be under warranty and I said im not making a new claim. This company should change their name to "Bodge it and Scarper"!

I used Complete to rent out my flat in Teignmouth. Hannah Blowey visited for the initial inspection and was very professional in her approach. She clearly set out what I needed to do to get the property ready for rental. She also explained Complete's contractual terms and conditions which are very competitive and contain no hidden costs or surprises. A tenant was found very quickly and, after being thoroughly referenced, moved in. Hannah has been very swift to respond to any questions I had and I look forward to working with her and her firm for the foreseeable future; highly recommended!

If it's the same company that keeps changing it's name went thru Hastings insurance as flood in kitchen anyway flood was 8 months ago paid excess 7 months ago they ripped out kitchen cut thru electric and left that was 6 months ago no kitchen no floor no nothing blind fiancée and a safeguarding has been raised against complete property revival if it's the same one they are shockingly bad

This company is disgusting. I rented with them for 3 years and had no problems until I changed my co-tenant and then got evicted for no reason (they refused to provide a reason) after I asked for the silicone in the bathroom to be repaired and they refused. This is a classic revenge eviction. They then had the audacity to stage the check out inventory which I luckily have some evidence for. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The Lettings Department managed our bungalow for eleven years, and the service was of the highest quality. We live in France so it was even more important that we had a reliable and competent agent. We never experienced any problems at all and the staff were always prepared to go that extra mile, and when we put the property on the market and it was empty, Susie offered to visit and check that everything was ok. When we decided to sell there was a seamless transition to the Sales Department who worked extremely hard and found a buyer very quickly. They then ensured that things ran smoothly and called us when completion of the sale had taken place.
