GoogleManaging a property portfolio is a daunting task at times, especially if you are not on the doorstep to resolve inevitable issues. Having an agent alert to the local market who sources new tenants, credit checks and manages all handovers with inventory and tenancy agreements in invaluable. John Stein does all of this for me with his team at Taylormade, just checking in with me when required. I trust him and the team to manage my properties efficiently and cost-effectively and to find the right tenants each time.

GoogleDon't go anywhere else. A totally professional organisation from top to bottom. Dan, and especially John, give exceptional personal service. Speedy and decisive with any problems, whether buying or renting you will find their advice in all areas, deadly accurate, successful, and in YOUR interest. Whether selling or renting you will find them miles ahead of the so-called competition. Customer service is the bedrock of an expanding business, they have it in spades. Cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleThis Company is dreadful - Advertise properties for lettings in their window that have been let months before - when questioned they say that it is for display only and they need to fill a window space - They are trying to ride on the back of a perfect agency called Taylor Made (50 years selling in Sandbanks) These Companies are not related. The staff are dismissive and slightly aggressive this has been learned from the owner John Stein who is quite oblivious to clients needs and not prepared to have a measured conversation just shouts a lot. Making enquiries locally in Southbourne they have a very poor reputation even on the sales side. Having John Stein anywhere near people is like putting a shark in charge of a swimming pool. Only my opinion of course but do look at some very poor reviews here and some very sad replies to them, not an apology in sight.

They've been extremely helpful in managing our properties and they found us some super tenants. I recommend Taylor Made to anyone wishing to rent a property or their management service for landlords. They also have an extremely competitive rate for those wishing to sell. Thanks you've been fantastic.

GoogleExcellent experience with John at Taylor Made. He made sure I secured the property I loved and put me first and went out of his way to ensure I got the best deal for the price. He made the whole process really easy and the whole process took 9 weeks from start to finish. Will definitely be using John again in the future for any property concerns, purchases and rentals.

GoogleEDIT: The service it was really professional, Daniel it was really helpful and always with good disposition, it was a hard process due the pandemic but finally we did it! I am really happy with this company. I would recommend 100%. **** EDIT**** We have some issues after the purchase and they have been a little bit rude with us, they changed completely after they got the money, we are so disappointed about this. In order to get the free voucher we need to give a good review so we did, but after we had the issue we feel disappointed about the service. Literally they told us: “move to another place”. Just be careful what do you do and make sure everything is in completely order, you won’t have any help after you pay.PositiveProfessionalism

We suggested this only because you told us that you wanted to move because you did not like the fact that you could hear sounds from the other apartments in the block. Prior to this we spent considerable time via several calls and visits trying to help you by way of free professional advice concerning the construction of buildings here in the UK and the various measures that you could explore regarding sound proofing. I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with our service on this occasion but I do believe that as estate agents, we did all we could for you in respect of this matter.
