George was recommended to us by a friend, he spoke very highly of him and the very personal way he conducts business. I thought we would give him a whirl, as we had used a few other agents who hadn't managed to sell our property. Was waiting over an hour outside a property at the agreed time to view, called the office and they could not locate the agent. 0 Star! Called 7 times never came back to us with an ETA. Really disappointed. Still haven't viewed property. Waste of time. Received phone call 3 hours later saying the boss thinks he was there at the property, which was impossible. Never had anything so disrespectful from any other agency.

George knows his stuff. He valued our property and explained that he thought it would go for a bit more if marketed in the right way, he wasn't wrong. The house went on the market on Monday by Saturday we had 5 full asking price offers and on the following Monday had a great offer which we accepted. George then kept us informed all the way through the process, liaising with both solicitors to ensure the process was smooth and stress free. I have already recommended friends to him and they too have quickly sold their property. Thanks for everything George.
