Excellent service from Stratton Oak Estates from start to finish. The entire experience was professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. Ben was absolutely amazing - his communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. The photos and marketing of our home were outstanding and really showcased the property at its best. We also really appreciated how accessible the team was. Fantastic agency! I used Stratton Oak to sell my home after two really poor experiences with other agencies. Ben was brilliant throughout; speedy and honest with communication, advertised my home beautifully, got it sold in a week with no compromises on selling price, and helped push everything along with the solicitors when I decided to make everything more complicated by accelerating my onward house hunt. I originally contacted Stratton Oak Estates to just do a valuation, with intentions of going with a larger, more well known Agent. George convinced me to give them a try, and I’m so pleased that I did! My experience from start to finish was excellent. Their care and attention to detail when taking photos and presenting the property set their high standard. Communication throughout was brilliant. You have an online property file which informs you of every viewing, both before and after, along with emails and phone calls. You are never left wondering on any aspect. There is also a sales progression where you can see at what point the sale is at, both for the buyer and seller. Should you have to call them, they respond back to you asap if they are not available to answer straight away. My main contact was with Ben, who made me feel like I was his only client, and nothing was too much trouble. A buyer was found in less than a month, despite the property being in a niche market. I haven’t experienced such good service like this in a long time, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

They are the unicorns of the estate agent world, a very rare breed!! George and Shannon went above and beyond when managing my rental and then selling my property. Before listing my property I met with multiple agents to decide who to use. When my mortgage company undervalued my property George provided me with market knowledge and reports to submit an appeal. I hadn’t even signed up with them at this point…. The other agents who I had met didn’t really bother to even try and help me. This was the point that I decided George was the person to use as he cared, he helped me without even knowing he would secure the business. However his customer service mentality ensured he did. George and Shannon have always kept me informed about everything to do with my property and I haven’t ever had to chase. I will use them again without doubt and refer them to anybody who is looking for an estate agent in the local area.

I cannot recommend George and the rest of the team at Stratton Oak Estates highly enough, they are extremely knowledgable and helpful. From the initial meeting through, to the photography and virtual tour, to getting an offer and moving the sale to completion they were absolutely brilliant. This was our first time selling a property but they made sure we knew what would happen and kept us updated all the way. We did have a couple of unforeseen issues arise as we went through the process but George and the team talk it all in their stride and were extremely proactive in finding the right solutions. George and his team were professional and supportive regarding the sale of an unusual property. They managed the whole process under tight time constraints and delivered the deal within one hour of the stamp duty holiday conclusion, which looked impossible at one stage. The most important customer service support for me was that George and his team always either answered the phone or called back the same day if they were out of the office. It was nice to talk to a person instead of a machine for 45 minutes!

If you are looking to sell a property in the Bournemouth area, then look no further than Stratton Oak Estates to market your property. I have recently sold a flat in Westbourne and the team from Stratton Oaks has been fantastic. George gave a valuation on our property but also gave us advice and tips to think about when considering offers. There were lots of viewings at the flat, all conducted by themselves and their customer portal gives you up to date feedback following the viewings. Once we accepted an offer, Louise who manages sales progression was totally on the ball and kept us updated. Stratton Oaks arranged our EPC and even liaised with a house clearance company to remove unwanted items of furniture. They were fabulous.
