GoogleStratton Oak are professional and efficient but also friendly and communicative. They were brilliant for us. The service was outstanding. They found us lots of applicants and carried out all viewings, doing all the necessary work. The service could not have been better and I would happily recommend them to anyone or everyone

FacebookGeorge and his team were fantastic during the recent sale of our property. We can't thank them enough for the help, support and advice we received during every step of the process. Completely honest and professional in our opinion, and we can't recommend Stratton Oak Estates enough to our family and friends.

GoogleTried to arrange two call backs re a property. Havent heard anything having been told to await a member of staff. Call has not occurred and no courtesy call to inform the staff member was unable to get back to us. First impressions important!

Agent replied · 11 June 2024
Hello ‘S’ obviously I take any kind of concern over our customer service very seriously. If you had advised of your name and the property I could have looked into this in more detail. We are always very committed to come back to everyone no matter what the enquiry so I find this situation very strange. Maybe you could advise of you full name, the property you were enquiring about and then I can look into this matter in full and come back to you, with a vague name and outline and no property information that is difficult for me to be able to really give any explanation as to what has happened. I hope to hear from you soon so I can look to resolve this situation for you.

GoogleI have to admit I'm not the biggest fan of Estate Agents but George did absolutely everything he said he would, more importantly when he said he would. He also managed to save the sale with some outside of the box thinking, when a less motivated agent would have lost it.

FacebookGeorge helped us sell and buy this year in Southbourne. He knew we wouldn't move without finding so he rang me every time he valued a property in the roads we had shortlisted until we found our dream home. He was always contactable on his mobile even late at night and on a weekend so we never had to wait to find out what was going on. Our sale chain had 4 properties in it and George had sold everyone so he had complete control at all times. We couldn't recommend him enough, and are extremely grateful for all his help this year. FacebookWe are so pleased we used George at Stratton Oak to sell our property. He was brilliant from start to finish. George somehow made us feel like we were the only clients he had even though he is such a busy man! He went above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
