Hi Charmaine, thanks for your review - although I was a bit disappointed to see us marked down to a 3 Star. I've checked our records and it appears that our only communication was in November 2020 when you enquired "Please could you send me some more information about this property and if it is available for viewings?" to which we replied on the same day "Thanks for your enquiry! Sorry to inform you this property has now been let. If you like the look of any other properties on our books let me know." That appears to be the only interaction between us and so wonder what else might have caused you to review us now?
