At the point of our first enquiry he booked us in to see the property we wanted to see and 2 others in the area based on our criteria. He took the time to give us back to back viewings which in a busy climate was generous. From offering on the property we liked the most to completion Jamie and the team were hot on communication, always had answers and explanations and made the process simple. Leah was amazing - she dealt with so much for us; all the viewings, the first sale falling through, all the random questions we (& potential buyers) asked, the exchange falling through, not once, but twice, only two days before completion was due; At all times Leah and the team were professional, honest, proactive, realistic, sympathetic and courteous. Her attention to detail was great, always going above and beyond, even on her wedding anniversary! We would thoroughly recommend Leah and her team to everyone.

GoogleAs far as letting a property goes, James and team provided the best service I’ve ever received! They took the best quality photos and videos of the property! Resulting in our property being let after the first set of viewings, to our ideal tenants. The whole experience was completely stress free. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

GoogleCannot recommend MK Estates Iford enough! Just handed my keys back after 4 years of renting, having bought my first home. The team at MK Estates Iford are incredibly friendly and approachable. They know each tenant and property inside out, which makes all the touch points totally seamless - No excuses, ‘please hold’ or hands-offs whilst your property file is being dug out, it’s always right and personalised first time. Whenever I’ve had an issue, concern or even just a question, they’ve have always been incredibly hands-on, problem-solving everything with consideration and common sense. Most of all what really makes MK Estates Iford really standout is how they differ from other agents; they offer a modern, contemporary and competitive service, but with NONE of the spin, pretence or hidden agendas you will find at other agents. GoogleWe just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Leah from MK Iford for all the hard work she put in selling our house and finding us our 'forever home'. We had had a bit of a rough ride when trying to move before, but as soon as we signed up with MK we knew things were going to be different. Leah was absolutely amazing, it was like house hunting with a friend. She listened to everything WE wanted and just instinctively knew what we were looking for after our first meeting. I honestly cannot believe how hard this lovely lady works! She answers every call, or replies to every message, provided regular updates, nothing was too much trouble and she genuinely cared about finding us the right buyer and the right house (not just ANY house to earn commission). She even kicked off her high heels and got stuck in helping me organise my furniture for the photos, so potential buyers could get an accurate idea of our room sizes. If estate agency was an olympic sport, Leah would be on that podium wearing a gold medal!
