GoogleWe purchased a property in Highcliffe in December 2019 through the Iford office of MK Estates. Leah Mitchell was the selling agent. Leah was thoroughly professional throughout the process and worked tirelessly to get the transaction over the line, keeping in regular contact with us and liaising frequently with agents and solicitors involved in the chain. We were so pleased to be dealing with a high street agency rather than an on-line firm because the personal service offered by MK was first rate. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleMK Estates are fantastic. My first experience using a letting agent and would thoroughly recommend! I used them to let my property in Southbourne, Leah and James were both friendly and professional and no problem is too small for them to deal with efficiently. I felt I could trust them completely through the whole process and their knowledge and large experience made the whole thing hassle free! GoogleWe can't recommend MKEstates enough. We used these agents on recommendation to us and were not disappointed. They went above and beyond throughout the whole sale and completion process and kept us in the loop of everything at all times. They offered reassurance throughout and never failed to put us at ease. We put off selling for a long time due to a previous negative experience through another agents but were promised by MK that this would not be the case with them and they didn't fail in keeping to this promise, they made the whole experience as stressfree as possible. GoogleAbsolutely outstanding service from Leah and Jamie, from start to finish. Leah started the process with us and she was unbelievably professional and really helped us through each step. Jamie helped towards the end and worked with us, keeping us informed and up to date at all times, right up to and beyond completion. GoogleJames has been amazing. There have been a couple of issues with the property, but the problems were sorted fairly quickly and having in consideration my requirements as a tenant. Communicate is very easy and the treat received remarkably good. Definitely, I would recommend him.

GoogleJamie and Leah could not have been kinder or more charming and I'm successfully settled in my new home, so a big thank you to them both. Why not the full five stars? I was selling a home with a smallish back garden and only one bathroom. We had many viewings prior to selling and I'm not sure that the prospective buyers were sufficiently aware of the 'down sides' to my home. I think that fewer viewings with eligible buyers who had viewed the property online would have made my selling a little easier.

GoogleWe knew some people who sold their house through MK and had a very positive review. Having then given MK the opportunity to market our property it was clear to see why they have such a good reputation. The marketing photos were great, the viewing feedback was great, and when we sadly lost our buyer (due to a change in the buyers circumstances) they found us another buyer within 72 hours. Having now completed on our sale and purchase, we have no hesitation in recommending MK to anybody looking to either sell or buy a property.
