Job well done

Our initial dealings with Meyers was excellent, prompt, polite and informative. However in the later stages of our negotiations nearer to exchange and completion a couple of issues arose that we feel were dealt with very much in the favour or of the vendors. Not that it affected the overall out come. Yes, we would use Meyers again!

I’ve been incredibly impressed by the team at Meyers. From my very first online enquiry, Meyers contacted me immediately and have actively progressed my sale ever since. I’ve had a great all round experience having received an an acceptable offer within less than a week and having now exchanged within 3 months of starting the process. Meyers were available 7 days a week and out of business hours which was hugely helpful as I myself am incredibly busy with work. They set up a whatsapp group to keep me updated along the way and they proved invaluable in coordinating all parties to the point of exchange. Meyers are brilliant from both perspectives. If you sell with them they are realistic and trustworthy - you will not get an unrealistic sales pitch. They will present your property perfectly, keep you up to date, rely feedback honestly and respectfully and keep in contact. They certainly earned their money. If you are buying (which I experienced recently) you will find an authentic approach, you won't be talked at like some other agents, they won't bad mouth other agents (like some agents) and won't do the hard sale which can put people off (myself included). Unfortunately I've not bought properties based in the sales approach of some agents but would always look forward to a Mayers one as they genuinely care about the properties in their care and the owners! 👍

I can't recommend Meyers enough! We had a rough start trying to sell our house at the peak of the pandemic, but they remained positive and consistently arranged viewings. The communication was brilliant and they were always at the end of the phone. We made the decision to take our house off the market as realised it wasn't the right time. From the first meeting to our most recent converstaion (which was 2 months post completion), they are friendly, professional, honest, responsive and fair. Each individual represented their team fantasticly. Our experience was only positive with Meyers. They dealt with the selling of our property as you would expect from an estate agents with the current google ratings as they do . But where they stood out for us, was personally remembering our 'wants' for our next purchase (amongst all their other clients) and drawing our attention to the relivant (and only relivant) properties which we would be interested in and ensuring viewings appropriately.
