Polite, hardworking and friendly staff when dealing with them. We were buying a property and the only negative (having not bought a property in a long time) is what the process was with this estate agent. Felt a little lost at times. But on the whole great to deal with.

Could not rate this Estate Agency highly enough, from the local knowledge that got us a quick sale to the support (at any time of day, not just office hours) through the whole process to find the right place and eventually complete. I didn't realise how important and stressful the period after you have sold your place is but felt that I had a friend who knew so much about the process, and had my interests at heart, helping me through and offering advice which was above and beyond what I would have expected from other agencies.

I purchased a property via Meyers early 2019. I had sold a house at the same time via an alternate agent and although they were satisfactory, if I were to sell again in the future I would definitely use Meyers. Meyers went above and beyond my expectations, to help push through, what was a complicated purchase. They perused every small to large problem and worked tirelessly until it was resolved. Their communication between all parties, kept everyone concerned in the loop. Ensuring everything ran as quickly and smoothly as possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Set a good price for me as a the customer

Set a good price which naturally pleased me and in the end obtained. Where as, some estate agents try to put a low price to get a quick sell. My issue was poor communication throughout which put me under great stress at the time. Lets hope this was a blip.
