It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Meyers. In general loved all the properties they hold, their picture quality is very good. During the sale process, they have been in constant touch co-ordinating with solicitors on both sides and the seller. Amazing customer service, polite and very friendly staff. I instructed Meyers ,Southbourne and Christchurch branch to sell my mother's empty bungalow in need of modernisation and I did not live locally. The team were very efficient, helpful and honest in their advice in selling it quickly. The process from sale to completion took under 4 months which is very impressive in these uncertain times. The team regularly updated me weekly of the progress by WhatsApp which worked extremely well for all parties. They were able to sort out a burst pipe quickly between Christmas and New Year which was a difficult time so that the completion could go through. The team were exemplary.

They handled viewings competently and always kept us informed. The time between acceptance of offer and completion was excessive largely due to the incompetence of the buyer's solicitor but Meyers kept at them and sale was completed successfully

Meyers were brilliant from start to finish. Always available and friendly. I would like to particularly mention Carrie - she was lovely and professional to deal with. Wow, wow, wow! Meyers sold and completed our house sale within 9 weeks! It truly has to be the quickest sale in history! We decided to move house at the end of January and put it on the market with Meyers after being highly recommended by family and friends. We were moved in to our new home at the beginning of April. Their commitment to us went above and beyond. As promised, they sold our house as soon as it went on the market. By adding us to their WhatsApp meant that communication between my husband and I and their colleagues meant that we received every communication and vice versa. My partner has been trying to sell a property with Meyers for some months now. Assured of an astonishingly high value compared to any other agent they were selected, they have refused to back down on their initial valuation yet after poor performance and arrogantly refer to themselves as the best estate agent repeatedly rather than focus on selling the property. Averaging less than one viewing a week for 3 months they offer no plan and are borderline rude with their responses to requests for an action plan. They will not advise reducing the price as this would dilute their high pricing across the board. Other estate agents have confirmed their strategy is this and they are a seller's agent but don't put the effort in to sell it or compromise by putting the property on at a reasonable value. Stereotypical estate agent and there are many better and credible agents in Southbourne. As someone looking to buy a new property shortly I will either be avoiding Meyers properties or offering about 10% less than advertised.

Egotistical and immature. I believe Meyers service is sufficient in a sellers’ market but they quickly get wrapped up in previous successes and do not react quickly enough to changing conditions. We have only had 4 viewings in as many weeks and no offers. The property is overpriced. So hung up on their initial valuation they continue to insist that they are in the right instead of being conciliatory and pragmatic. Three other respectable local agents value the property £50-£75k less than it is currently advertised for.

We went with Meyers Southbourne because they had a really good online presence and David Giles assured us he could sell easily with a good price. In the end they got us a large number of viewings over a day which was expertly handled by Nicole resulting in multiple offers.
