GoogleWorst letting I've ever agreed with a letting agency charging you ridiculous fees for documents and "doing something" and then, once you actually become a tenant, they don't bother of looking after you, being always after the Landlord and leaving the tenant unprotected.
Lots of mistakes on the Check-In inventory. Stay very well away from these people.
I will urge anyone who's got an issue to always take a lot of pictures of everything before walking inside the property and leaving it. I was lucky to save the 95% of my deposit because of my own knowledge of how despicable this people do operate.
Even if it took long to have the deposit back the adjudicator decided on my side, after all the mistakes made and an abusive landlord who tried to get almost 700£ as deposit.
