GoogleI recently purchased a property through Martin and Co which turned out to be a bit of a complicated and drawn out process !! Phil helped me chase solicitors, freeholders, sellers - and more ! Right until the very end of the sale. He even went above and beyond to organise the working force behind a last minute job that needed to be done on the flat for the seller, which was then completed within a day. I’m grateful for the attentiveness the sale was given- and that my annoyingly persistent calls were always picked up with a smile through the phone and an update. They do regular property reviews and supply photographs of all parts of a property and recommend any works needed to keep the properties in good repair.
