GoogleSave yourself the trouble and find another estate agent, one of the staff was incredibly rude displaying abusive language towards my self and others. Accused me of being a liar despite having 5 whitenesses who heard exactly what was said and also threatened me as I was walking out the door as I will not just stand there and take being shouted at by basically a stranger. Unprofessional, all the other staff are lovely though but there’s always one // ADDITION: furthermore the manager of this ‘professional’ company tried to charge me £300 extra for rent I had already paid for. Despite being the most disrespectful, unprofessional person I have ever come across in my life. Just don’t bother at all. Waste of time and money. - Thank you for your response Phillip or team but again, I am not lying and I’m 100% sure I know which estate agents I used.
