GoogleWe have two flats in Bournemouth but live 150 miles away. We let the flats through Martin and Co as it wouldn't be possible for us to manage the home maintenance issues that arise from day to day living from a distance. Jolene has sorted out many problems, to our satisfaction and the satisfaction of our tenants. Jolene has good local knowledge, is efficient, thorough and keeps us informed at all times. It makes our role as landlords so much easier.

GoogleMartin's & co is truly working in a valuable manner for a tenant, as detailed below. Throughout the approval of my application, the letting agent, Sofia, was available daily to monitor my case and even took action to push the process forward. In addition to the provision of a refreshed apartment, the property manager, Zoe, responded within a day to effectively tackle any technical issue I faced with the accomodation. I must recommend because the agents are truly listening, proactive and reliable from the start.

GoogleWas a tenant for 13 years on a property managed by martin and co and I have to say I'm very disappointed in the way they dealt with my deposit when we left. We barely got anything back due to a frankly ridiculous cleaning bill totalling £400+ and other reasons. Even though we spent days cleaning the property and for 13 years of living there we left it as clean and tidy as it could have have been due to simply wear and tear.
