GoogleI work with Zoe who manages my property and I couldn't ask for better management. She's absolutely amazing, any queries I have big or small she responds incredibly quickly, even outside of office hours (which isn't expected) Zoe's absolutely lovely to work with and I know my property is in great hands. She takes care of absolutely everything and I would recommend M&C to anyone who's looking for management for their rental property.

GoogleI cannot fault the experience I've had at Martin & Co in Bournemouth. I was only present for the handing over of the keys, which admittedly is the most confusing part of moving in to a flat if it's your first time. However, Mike was very helpful with explaining everything that needed to be done upon moving in.

GoogleThis agency had to issue me (the tenant) with a Section 21 - as my landlord needed to sell. But they took care of me through the process, and Philip even helped me search for a new flat. So I am very grateful for the way they dealt with the situation and were very professional.

GoogleWe are delighted with our new home. Camilla in the Southbourne office could not have been more helpful, at a very stressful time. She was very professional & patient with my questions & indecisive nature. The maisonette we are renting through Martin & Co is perfect for us. It was spotless when we moved in, huge & a reasobable rent in the current rental market. I would recomnend going through Martin & Co.
