GooglePretty dire, the rental side of the company is not good. We don't rent through them but our neighbours do and their to let sign was screwed to our gate, which it broke in high winds. Over a year later and not fixed.

GoogleVery personal service provided by Clair, who ensured our transaction was finalised quickly with all necesarry details looked into. I typically don't rate estate agents much, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service given here. Would deffinitely use them again.

GoogleWhen you fall behind in rent slightly they are straight on you, when you have problems with the property it takes an age to resolve, also no acknowledgement of receiving funds that were owed, quite dissappointing,no change from meridianNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI will avoid buying or letting through this company. Really poor experience. No response to voicemails, no response to emails. Unsure how they receive good reviews if this is their business model.

Googlerude staff. poor propeties. this place is worse than the centre of Boscombe. its only saving grace is the fact that it is by the sea, to help you take off some stress.

GoogleToo many reasons to list. The worst service provided to tenants that I have ever witnessed. Delays, people saying they will do things and then forgetting. Absolute nightmare stay away!
