GoogleI don't leave reviews often but in this case I thought it a must. House buying can be a stressful process so you need as much help as you can get. For me, the young lady I dealt with was fantastic, so a big shout out to Shaznay Lewis, very professional and attentive, answering all my questions for which I am grateful because I ask a lot. Great experience, so can't recommend enough.

GoogleSCAM SCAM SCAM Company !!!! Be Careful !!!! We saw one flat on Wimborne Street. Then we called their Bournemouth branch. They told us we were getting paid £250. Because there is a lot of demand, if someone else rents the flat, we will refund this money to you they said .Then we saw the flat. They made us sign a paper and we gave it for £250. Then they said they would let us know. The next day we called and the fat blonde girl there said the flat was rented by someone else. We asked when will you refund our £250 money. Because you signed a paper, we can't refund it since you paid this money. That's why. They said we can't give it. Definitely a SCAM company.

GoogleI found my rental property through Connells. Jess was very friendly, helpful and fast to respond, and also was more than willing to liaise directly with a furniture company and a friend regarding key collection (as I was not local) making it a much smoother move-in process for me. The one issue I found was there was some weeks between paying the holding deposit and the tenancy agreement being signed, which I was told that the landlord would not be chased until 2 days prior to commencement of tenancy. If this wait time which left me in a state of uncertainty could be reduced, it would certainly be 5 stars.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHettie was an absolute *star* ~ we had a whole mess of issues, not the least of which was the professional negligence of our solicitor (Sharpe and Pearl; who were unresponsive at critical parts of the process and with whom I have filed a formal complaint). I can honestly say that for me, Hettie kept me sane and made me feel like progress was hopeful. She did a fab job of mediating between both parties, pushing buttons where needed and a gentle hand when emotional stress got the better of me. A true diplomat~ thank you for making an unneessarily delayed purchase continue to move and being a friendly voice on the phone when it was at its most difficult. GoogleConnells were not actually our estate agent, however, they were the next agent down in the chain and provided us with an excellent service by updating us on the progress of events. Josh and his team dealt with our chain over a number of months and following a break in the chain expedited the new buyer's purchase to allow us all to get moved as quickly as possible.
