Having moved many times both in the Uk and Internationally I feel i have an understanding on the importance of working with the right estate agents, non more so than into days market place. I met Claire from Clarkes estate agent for an informal valuation chat, no pressure no heavy sell, honest respectful willing to listen, Selling and buying property is so stressful. many agents make many claims about services they offer commission rates being negotiable. What it really comes down to goes beyond rates and fees it about service knowledge selling your property being with you 100% of time guiding you through the pitfalls and challenges. Claire and her team exemplify being professional and deliver al that they promise, best agent and service we have ever used. Remember you get what you pay for in life. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes Estate agency in general, and Matt in particular. I have used them twice now, and been very happy both times. I was given advice on how much to ask for my property, then left to make up my own mind. They were proactive in finding potential buyers, and were able to sell my property in no time at all, even with the current market.

So I want to share my journey with Clarkes…..I was looking to sell a property during a every difficult time for myself and my family, not knowing where to start I used a website to recommend agencies in the area, I contacted the top 3 Clarkes were the first to call following my enquiry One of the directors (Claire Sheppard) actually called personally Extremely knowledgeable about property, sales, development not to mention personable (felt like I had known the years) No pushy sales speech Followed up the call with an email & info Great service Obviously I chose Clarkes!! From the moment of instruction I can not fault them! They were up against needing a quick sale, a tenant who wasn’t accommodating and knowing I wasn’t always available due to personal reasons, Clarkes understanding, flexibility and professionalism was outstanding Their ability to understand their buyers requirements and their vetting process meant we only had viewings from serious buyers (and we weren’t short of interest either) They took detailed feedback from every viewing allowing us to know what was needed for a quick sale, as a result we achieved our goal and had a great offer from a buyer able to proceed extremely fast. Even after the offer was excepted their level of service did not falter due to their knowledge of the offer to completion process and constant follow ups with all parties involved. I have been through the house sale/purchase process over a number of times previously and I really can’t express what a fantastic agent Clarkes is…they go way above and beyond with their service and really are a cut above the rest! If Clarkes are in your area, then I really wouldn’t consider anyone else. The positive experiences is actually endless but I’m not sure this review page would give me enough character spaces to list them all

What an absolutly incredible display of the modern day estate agent. Only open from 10am-3pm, with coffee making time stretching from 10 to 11. They seem to eventually sit down at the desk around 11.15 to start answering calls before taking an hours lunch break at chicken station from 11.30. After 3 days of calling and emailing I eventually got through to them as a 'landlord' (the people who pay for thier wages) who they "only answer the calls to at the moment" to express my interest in renting a property. Only to be told their website is out of date and the property is no longer available. Just incredible.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I have nothing but good things to say about this Estate Agents! They helped us sell our flat and from day one were on the case. Every phone call to them was responded to on the day and they just went above and beyond what we expected. We have had experience of lots of estate agents in our time and I can honestly say Clarkes are the best. Andrea especially deserves a mention as she made the whole process bearable and any problems were sorted out immediately. I think she was just as excited as us when we completed!! Big big thank you to Clarkes for helping me buy my first place!! I was pretty clueless about processes but Claire and Andrea talked me through everything and were really helpful, got back to me very quick about any questions. Other staff always around to talk to also and polite and professional when asking questions.
