Super Team Work

I have been involved with the sale of my late brother's property in New Malden, Surrey. Due to the distance from where I live (East Yorkshire) I needed to choose a company for the sale who could be relied on.Dan Miller and his team were amazing, stepping far above their expected requirements in selling the property. I was kept up to date on all aspects of the sale at all times. Sale of flat

I recently exchanged on the sale of my flat with the assistance of savills mayfair with the help of Claire Reynolds who is head of that office and Kitty Halley also from that office. Kitty was my point person and Claire was always there to assist me as well should I need some re assurance. Having this "team" with me was very calming and efficient - and I can say that the team were faultless and I have been working in the property world for many years as an advisor to clients so that is saying something. As my day to day contact I found Kitty to be :Efficient Compassionate Always available and if not able to answer would always call me back Honest and she had the ability to tell me as things were rather than say what I may have wanted to hear Extremely hard working In short I'm not sure I could ask for more from the whole agency experience - Kitty was a tremendous person to have on my side and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. The customer service and support we received from Fiona Gormley was second to none at the Aberdeen & Angus branch. We have used other Estate agents in the past years and I can honestly say I was genuinely astounded by the support we got, always kept up to date with every detail, Fiona went above and beyond and even at weekends. I just wanted to say that by far Paige Ford MARLA is the best! She was so thorough and genuinely such a lovely person! Well worth considering

Anthony, Kelly and Felix were all a pleasure to deal with. I'm a landlord with over 10 years experience and all those mentioned were professional, responsive and helpful in my dealings with them. In particular, Anthony conducted seven viewings on a single packed day and I received an email from him the next morning with four offers over asking, presented in a digestible format with his thoughts on each - the first time anyone has taken the trouble to do this. Also, he doesn't call you "mate" and chew gum, which is a bonus!

Absolutely horrendous for tenants to let with

I secured a flat offer to let with savills acting as the agent.Even though I easily passed referencing they still failed my reference because my employer does not have a UK landline number. They did this on the day I was meant to be moving after a week of trying to get help. I was only spoken too by a sirly letting agent. Who was incapable of listening and essentially broke the letting offer and returned my initial holding deposit the day before i was meant to move. Absolutely horrendous. Worst estate agent in London.

Sad, and typical experience with renting these days

Coming to the end of my long tenancy, I only decided to move as I wanted my child to go to a good secondary school, and although we currently live in what is considered a great catchment area, It wasn’t a good match for my child’s personal circumstances, so I decided to find somewhere closer to what I had researched to be a good school a mile away from where we lived, I found a property in the heart of Amersham, not by any means perfect, a flat, with one dedicated parking space. And even though it was a 2 bedroom place in the centre of town it had no storage and no visitors parking, but was new and well presented. However, the landlord couldn’t have found a more arrogant agent to let property in my opinion, he was inflexible and rude from the beginning of negotiations, and when I decided not to take the property due to general rudeness and arrogance of the agent and the landlord the true colours from Daniel were revealed as suspected via text message, to the point I had to block him. It still astounds me to this day how these rental agents can get away with treating potential tenants like rubbish in favour of landlords… especially when I have been a landlord myself for many years, perhaps it’s time to get rid of this toxic middle agent!!!

Charlie Rogers is very helpful and always responds fast to attend to customers' needs. He helps to secure my tenant's tenancy and help solving tenant's problem at the same time, facilitating my choice of bed frame for the tenants as well as offering options for me to choose. He also helps to liaise with relevant government tax departments to solve my tax problem. All in all, I find Charlie a reliable staff offering excellent customer service. Well done, Charlie!
