Awful company who destroy any property site they manage through over inflated service charges and bad management. If these people manage a building you live in, move out.

HORRIBLE. Was renting for a year, an expensive property. Just terrible. Wouldn't get internet sorted, wouldn't get heating sorted. Late in re-paying deposit. All sorts of excuses, none of which made sense. BEWARE.Very polite, and their sales guys seem nice. Their management team was terrible.

Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.
