GoogleThey never reply my emails unless it's for their convenience. It was added in my tenancy agreement that nobody will visit the property without my permission and they tried it a few times. Even after we made a lot of complaints about it, there was once that we found one employee inside our home! The guy didn't even apologised properly for it... It's not possible to trust them...

GoogleThey still call and email me asking if it's ok to do a flat viewing for a flat that I moved out of AGES AGO. I've spoke to a number of different people who work at the agency and told them they should be contacting the new tenants from their (useless) records! Well done admin team. Clap. Seriously, that is saying something.

Googlelovetts have shown a lack of commitment to their responsibilities as both letting agents and Freeholders.Their response to a violent, addicted tenant has been appalling. They have left people who bought Leasehold flats from them to suffer from lack of due diligence when renting their own flat in the same property. Do not trust them as letting agents!

GooglePretty dire, the rental side of the company is not good. We don't rent through them but our neighbours do and their to let sign was screwed to our gate, which it broke in high winds. Over a year later and not fixed.

GoogleLovett international should be re-named frauds international due to their complete false hope that they give their clients. We were told one thing then werent responded to and then sent in circles. This place fits right into the centre of Boscombe as its a pile of rubbish
