She has gone above and beyond, in and out of working hours, to ensure that not only did the sale of my property go through but also the purchase of our new home, which might I add was even with a separate estate agents. Lovett's have been wonderful, sadly we didn't use Lovett's for the sale of our flat but we were buying a house through them and they did more work helping us sell our place than our estate agent appointed to sell it. We had lots of hiccups along the way, but I think if it hadn't been for Clair, the lovely lady incharge of making sure sales are closed we may have ended up calling quits and giving up. We've definitely been put off moving/buying/selling but if we had to do it again we would choose and recommend Lovett's international.

After 18 years in the same house I was a bit anxious about moving and going through the process of selling and buying. James and Dave were highly professional and helpful in getting me through the initial process. I asked for a couple of pictures to be changed which they did without hesitation. They gave me full feedback after each viewing and kept me fully informed of what was going on and answered the many questions I had. Once the Sale was agreed I was passed to Claire who did an outstanding job of keeping my buyer onboard after the Survey. She was very professional and I found things out from her and the team in a nerve racking final week between Exchange and Completion that I was still waiting for answers for from my Solicitor. I highly recommend them for professionalism, keeping in contact, and they all worked very hard to help me secure and more importantly keep my Sale. Well done to all the Team.

My partner has had nothing but grief from Lovett International. Multiple viewings without the legal 24hr minimum requirement, one was five minutes before the agents and viewers arrived, all while a pandemic was on giving them no time to be socially distant. They then called her to say she should have moved out of the flat the previous day, despite not recieving any confirmation of a date whatsoever. They were really condescending and rude until given proof of this, at which point they poorly apologised. Today was the newly-negotiated move-out date, keys handed into the office by 4pm. But no, received a text this morning saying that the keys need to be handed in by 12pm. This was an out-of-the-blue change, but given how atrocious they've been, it's hardly surprising. If you're renting in Bournemouth, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
