As a First Time Buyer trying to get what I wanted (and within the stamp Duty holiday window), I was really anxious but Mark and the team made me feel at ease throughout the process. From the first viewing, right up until the moment of completion, they were available on the end of the phone or email to offer reassurance, advice and address any challenges. They not only found me the perfect house but then got me to the finish line and now I'm a very happy homeowner. I cannot recommend enough. Great tenant experience It’s not often tenants get to say the agents they deal with are great, but it’s entirely the case with Ellis & Co. Bowes Park. From Demmy helping to broker a deal on furnishing before we moved in, to Nicos being an absolute star any time we’ve had to call for repairs; our experience has been great. Whilst I wouldn’t “dock a star” for it, the standard lease with a break clause gave me angst about the security of our tenancy. However my subsequent dealings have shown the integrity the team have and that I could have trusted when Demmy said it really wasn’t something I needed to worry about. Seems the team are just as conscientious about working with good landlords as finding good tenants for their clients.

This is the third time I have used Ellis & Co and their service is second to none. I must admit that I almost used a different agent as my property was Muswell Hill borders, I am so glad I didn't. Recently had the pleasure of using Ellis & Co's services to let the perfect flat for my partner and I. From the start they were very professional and responsive but friendly. We managed to arrange a viewing for mere hours after having found the flat, to having all references completed in little over a week.
